AAA Safety Training & Consultancy in partnership with Excel Consulting Australia offer “High Performance Business Coaching” as an intervention strategy for those organisations who seek a return on investment from learning and development initiatives. In spite of willing referrals from businesses engaging in “off the shelf and proposed customised development programs”, we have observed little "take up” through application and accountability within organisations who do not embrace this strategy.
